ABSTRACT
Style reflects variation within a single writer and among various writers. Writers are constantly selecting among various forms: “In the process of expressing meaning and purpose, every writer selects some linguistic structures at the resultant expense of rejecting many other possible forms” (McMenamin, 1993). The selected linguistic features present style-markers that help determine the authorship of written documents to which the linguistic features belong.
