ABSTRACT
The main advantage of fluorescence imaging is to offer the possibility of associating a given fluorophore with a particular molecule. Thus, it is possible to label specifically and simultaneously different targets with different fluorochromes that can be easily discriminated on the basis of their emission wavelengths.
