ABSTRACT
Luminescence measurements are commonly produced as a series of data points taken at various reaction times. The investigator is then faced with the task of reducing such data to a single number so that the treatments or reaction conditions can be statistically compared. Three basic approaches to this task are described below. Not all approaches are useful for all types of measurements.
