ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of technology, the need for high-speed parallel processing systems has been continuously increasing. The reliability of the processors in parallel computing systems is therefore becoming an important issue. In order to maintain the reliability of a system, whenever a processor is found to be faulty, it should be replaced by a fault-free processor. The process of identifying all the faulty vertices is called the diagnosis of the system. System-level diagnosis appears to be an alternative to circuit-level testing in a complex multiprocessor system.
