ABSTRACT

One of the primary goals of this book is to help leaders and managers see and understand a comprehensive approach to evaluating the performance of their organization, department, and team. The second primary goal is to provide those reading this book with a major overview of a number of programs (interventions) that can be used to improve performance. Our perspective about what interventions work and in what situations comes from a combination of numerous decades of assisting organizations with performance improvement plus the use of the appropriate literature in organizational development and related fields.
