ABSTRACT
A few case examples should illustrate applications of the concepts introduced in the introduction and chapters of this book. The information presented is mainly situated outside the “map” (Figures I.4, I.5, and 12.7), but is closely related to the “north-east” quadrant. Steps in each case study are according to the Procedural Model, Figure 4.1, and use the models and explanations of the book.
