ABSTRACT
If you will recall, in a maintenance improvement environment, software testing is described as a continuous improvement process that must be integrated into an application maintenance development methodology. We are now in the Do part of the model. Deming’s continuous improvement process using the PDCA model (Exhibit 1) is applied to the software testing process.
