ABSTRACT
Recall that in a maintenance improvement environment, software testing is described as a continuous improvement process that must be integrated into an application maintenance methodology. We are now in the Check part of the model. Deming’s continuous improvement process using the PDCA model (Exhibit 1) is applied to the software testing process.
