ABSTRACT

McNeil, I. ”In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth” are the opening words of the Bible, which goes on, in verse 3, ”and God said Let there be light: and there was light”. It must be assumed that the Cosmic Illuminator had to abide by the laws of physics like the rest of us for, after all, He had created them. In the nature of things, sensible heat comes long before visible light in the spectrum of electromagnetic wavelengths. Thus, when God said ”Let there be light”, he implied, ”Let there also be heat”-and there was heat.
