ABSTRACT
It is helpful to have a model or template that can be adopted for project implementation purposes. This chapter presents a generic project implementation model that can be adapted and modied for specic needs. The comprehensive model is recommended for the essential functions of project planning, scheduling, and control. The generic template can be modied to t the needs of a specic project. For some, more details will be needed. For others, many of the steps in the template will not be necessary. Each prevailing project scenario will dictate the nal structure of the template. Users will customize and tailor the template to their specic or unique needs.
