ABSTRACT
This chapter presents a selected collection of the application of Triple C model to real-life projects. This collection is designed to illustrate the simplicity and effectiveness of the Triple C approach and the resulting immediate benets that can be derived from the model. It is through showing that observers can believe the effectiveness of the technique. The case examples are drawn from the author’s years of international consulting for multinational organizations, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
