The study of interfacial and bulk properties of solutions composed of mixtures of surfactants has become in recent years a topic of increasing interest in the eld of self-assembly of amphiphiles. Due to the appearance of interactions of a different nature between the component surfactants, it is often observed that the mixed surfactant systems present a very different behavior from those formed by single surfactants, and this fact has very interesting implications of both applied and theoretical character. Therefore, in order to characterize these mixed systems, many efforts have been carried out by different workers since the early 1980s. In this regard, the reader is referred to references [1-3]. These three excellent monographs contain valuable information covering both fundamental and applied aspects of this subject.
