Workplace Drug Testing outside the U.S.

Although workplace drug testing (WDT) began in the U.S., it is increasingly prevalent in all parts of the globe.

A major contributor to its spread was U.S. multinational corporations introducing the practice internationally. The amount of WDT performed is still minimal compared to the U.S. but it is steadily increasing.
