ABSTRACT
Food engineering data will occasionally be presented in tabular form or in charts. A food scientist or engineer must be able to read tables to find values for parameters when a specific value is not given in the table. Charts are usually used for complex data whose formulas are unwieldy; the chart simplifies the extraction of data.
