ABSTRACT

This chapter addresses the subject of relationships between various sets of data. A data set is simply a collection of quantitative values under a common heading; for example, one data set being considered might be the cost to build each home in a given community, whereas another data set might be the number of working days used to construct each of those homes. Figure 9.1 shows how these two data sets compare with one another.
