ABSTRACT
Governments, companies, associations, or social clubs — all these groups require organizations of some kind to function in an orderly manner. Large companies demand very elaborate organizations (often more than they need); small companies usually work with very little formal organization. Organization facilitates, or is supposed to, the practice of management and management techniques and establishes lines of communication, control, and authority.
