ABSTRACT
Applications of Pressure-Sensitive Products correlates the fundamentals of pressure sensitivity described in Fundamentals of Pressure Sensitivity and the manufacturing technology of pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) and pressure-sensitive products (PSPs) presented in Technology of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives and Products with their application technology, end-use domains, and test methods. Th is fi rst chapter serves as an introduction, which, together with Chapter 4, constitutes a basis for systematic discussion of various special aspects of PSP application in the next chapters. Th is chapter will inform the reader about the latest developments in the application and end use of PSAs and PSPs.
