ABSTRACT
In prior chapters of this book we discussed the fact that a key advantage of the use of Ethernet is that it provides a common frame format used at data rates from 10 Mbps through 100 Gbps. Thus, the title of this chapter may appear a bit puzzling to readers, so permit this author to provide a degree of elaboration.
