ABSTRACT
The title of this chapter, if our publisher let’s us get away with it, is “Those Damn PIIDs!” All of the organizations that we have performed SCAMPI A’s on have complained endlessly about having to complete the PIIDs. One organization reported a total in manhours of 60 days spent completing these forms. Why the problem? Because the PIIDs are not arranged in the same way as the documentation is stored in your organization, and thought must be paid to what goes into them. Because of this confusion (and constipation), we have added this chapter. It is based on a class we teach.
