Manipulation of Polynomial Expressions

Polynomial forms can be represented using various canonical expansions such as logic Taylor expansion. A logic Taylor expansion at a the point c is also called a fixed polarity Reed-Muller expansion. The value c is the so-called fixed polarity c. The binary representation of c, the n-tuple (c1, c2, . . . , cn), determines the polarity of variables in the polynomial.
