ABSTRACT
The adoption of a Total Performance Excellence (TPE) model can be quite daunting, as it involves the entire organization. The organization typically must assess all of its current initiatives, and it engages in prioritization sessions to decommission activities that do not support the strategic plan-or activities that could interfere with the TPE deployment.
