ABSTRACT
How project managers communicate with others on a project reflects their personality; how other stakeholders communicate also does the same. Their general approach reveals much about them by the information they value, the tools they choose, when and to whom they communicate, and why they communicate. In other words, communications reveals a person’s preferences and, ultimately, their personality.
