ABSTRACT

Th e ability to evolve and to predict necessary evolutionary steps ultimately dictates whether the system fl ourishes or begins to decay. Th e diff erence between the rate at which the environment changes and the organization changes will have a signifi cant infl uence on how much eff ort the organization must make to fl ourish or even survive. Th e four key factors are resiliency, redundancy, robustness, and fragility.
