ABSTRACT
Most people view the transportation system as moving between two terminals using a single mode. When an individual wants to commute to another city using an airplane, that person generally thinks of fl ying from one airport to another. In reality, this is a less-than-complete view of the transportation system. Most people drive to the airport (or, e.g., take a bus or taxi) and rely on another means to transport them from the airport to their destination.
