ABSTRACT
Although many people have pointed out how valuable it is to draw conclusions from qualitative insights about human activities, it is still necessary to establish values about the relative risks related to given situations. This is what one can achieve by the use of numerical probabilities for human actions within the logical framework of the PRA/PSA.
