ABSTRACT

The primary business goal of the company is to gain a market share of 20 percent on the online DeDS by the end of the first year, corresponding to a 32 percent increase on current yearly net revenue. Additionally, it will serve as a promoting vehicle for partnerships agreements, and as an advertisement medium for pet stores that will increase the net revenue by 8 percent by the end of the first year. The market share should rise to 30 percent at the end of the second year, representing 48 percent of yearly net revenue and partnerships, and advertisement revenues should represent 20 percent of our net revenue.
