ABSTRACT
This chapter will describe in detail the role of the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) product as a member of the Oracle Identity Management Product Suite, which provides services related to business process and controls (automation, integration, and monitoring), security and identity management (mainly authentication/authorization, auditing, user account management, delegated administration, and data encryption), and data management (primarily storage and system management). The use of Access Manager for ITIL security, ISO 27001, and COBIT DS5 technical control is highlighted in the chapter.
