ABSTRACT
At first glance, it might seem odd that an adversary group would communicate in a public way. After all, public communication is always revealing, and one of the goals of such groups is concealment – of their existence, of their identity, and of their actions and intentions. Nevertheless, there are several significant reasons why public communication might happen.
