ABSTRACT
Exact statistical analysis refers to the manner in which the parameter estimates and standard errors are calculated. Exact statistical methods construct a statistical distribution that can be determined completely. This is unlike the methods used by maximum likelihood and ordinary least squares regression. The exact statistical algorithm is highly iterative, involving at times many thousands of permutations.
