ABSTRACT
Role of the Project Manager The project manager’s role is to accomplish all the purposes of the project in a cost-and time-efficient manner while building and maintaining a relationship with upper management or the customer that will facilitate the acceptance and implementation of the team’s deliverables. An additional role is to facilitate the recording and dissemination of lessons learned so future projects benefit from the current team’s experiences.
