ABSTRACT
The popular online dictionary Wikipedia defines loyalty as faithfulness or devotion to a person or cause.1 Using this definition there are multiple forms of loyalty: loyalty to your country; loyalty to self, as in “to thine own self be true”; loyalty to your family, probably the oldest form of loyalty; loyalty to friends; loyalty to a company; loyalty to an employee or employer; and loyalty to your customers.
