ABSTRACT
D5 — this is not the next sequel to Disney’s The Mighty Ducks, although some of these attributes are evident in the team that comprised The Mighty Ducks. D5 is the next pillar in building the House of Leadership. D5 is determination, dedication, discipline, devotion, and decisiveness. D5 includes the attributes of the determination to set personal, professional, and educational goals; the dedication and discipline to achieve these goals; the devotion to your employees to assist them in achieving their goals; and the decisiveness to make the hard decisions.
