Equality and Supply Chain Leadership How do you treat your employees? How do you treat your contractors? Several years ago, my favorite comic strip, Dilbert, had the pointed-haired boss giving out shirts to boost employee morale. By the end of the strip, the boss declared none for temporary employees, none for contractors, and none for a few other categories. How many of us use temporary employees in our operations? I would venture a guess that the majority of supply chain operations use temporary employees at one time or another.
