ABSTRACT
Humor, humility, health, heart happiness, and honesty are personal traits that are not unique to supply chain leaders. Health and happiness are related, as are humor and happiness. Honesty is linked very closely to the previously discussed values/ traits of integrity and ethics, and could be considered a subset of those two virtues. Humility is tied to ego. The goal of this chapter is to tie these important concepts to the discussion of modeling supply chain leadership.
