ABSTRACT
Why are these virtues, qualities, or leadership enablers important? People form the foundation of everything we do in supply chains. Without quality people and quality leadership, an organization can never reach a level of professional pride that exudes from tier-one companies. Without a passion for providing quality goods, services, and supply chain support, and without a passion for taking care of people inside and outside our supply chains, as leaders we can never reach the top. And, without proper planning for the future, we cannot sustain our supply chains or meet customer needs.
