David DeWitt and I also came up with a different approach to Test Cases that better suits Use Case based testing.
Traditionally Test Cases are a description of conditions and expected results that taken together test an individual requirement or a step in a Use Case. This definition varies, but it boils down to defining an individual test by inputs and expected results. Essential Test Cases differ from this in four ways.
