ABSTRACT
Interstate-15 and the Pacific Ocean. In the Northern Future, rural residential and suburban growth dominates southwestern Riverside County and northern San Diego County. In the Regional LowDensity Future, residential homes on large lots are distributed throughout the study region. And in the Three-Centers Future, urban and suburban growth is focused around Temecula, Valley Center, and Ramona.
