ABSTRACT
We begin with the premise that your organization is new to Knowledge Worker Lean (KWL). Because it is a first-time KWL lean effort, it is going to have many “project” characteristics. Our goal, once Lean is implemented, is to make projects obsolete, since they are to continuous improvement what fad diets are to a healthy lifestyle. But we have to start somewhere.
