ABSTRACT
Fenugreek is cultivated for food, fodder, and green manure in the tropics and subtropics. Its green leaves are commonly cooked as a vegetable. Seeds contain proteins, carbohydrates, and oils. Seeds are used as spices in culi nary purposes and have medicinal properties. Fenugreek is a rich source of vitamins A and C.
