ABSTRACT
HPLC detectors deal with the time-dependent monitoring of column effluents. They signal, in the dimension of time, the positions of the analytes subjected to a chromatographic process. IPC detectors are those commonly used for classical HPLC separations but some special precautions should be taken to ensure compatibility between IPC conditions and detector mode of operation.
