ABSTRACT
At times, company business and technical functions seem to occupy two different worlds. A company that requires technical functions cannot maximize its profits when these two areas are so far apart and don’t work together effectively. How can they be doing good jobs for the company if they’re out of sync? Business and technical functions are not different planets operating where they choose within the company orbit. They must be kept in alignment.
