ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on a variety of concepts and principles that you should be familiar with before beginning the agile transition. While a lot of it may seem like a lot of technical mumbo jumbo, understanding what all of it means will be critical to putting together an effective transitional backlog and guiding your developers and managers through what will most likely be the most substantial cultural change of their professional careers.
