ABSTRACT
Tip: What follows can be applied within a Total Quality Management (TQM) or Six Sigma environment. It, additionally, provides a comprehensive framework for an ISO: 9001:2000 certification.
The steps outlined in this chapter for the creation and management of a quality management system (QMS) are based on the following framework:
1. The project management methodology should be based on the Project Manage ment Body of Knowledge (PMBOK•) and be consistent with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
