ABSTRACT

Despite the relatively low incidence of renal cell tumors in humans, they are of great importance clinically and deserve considerable emphasis. For the clinician, there is much attention to renal cancer for determining their etiology, risk factors, and early diagnosis (1). A number of chemical and biological agents have induced renal tu mors in rodents, including various chemical carcinogens, hormones, viruses, radia tion, and dietary deficiencies (2).
