Threat of an ABC Attack The occurrences identified here include atomic (nuclear and radiological) attack as well as biological and chemical attack (ABC attack). They also include attacks upon the commerce of a country, institution, agency, or business, whether conglomerate, national, or international in nature. Moreover, the aggression can occur in many ways, and it need not be terrorist driven. Further discussions on these subjects are noted later in this book.
