ABSTRACT
Revalidation or requalification studies must be considered when change occurs to validated product designs, test methods, and manufacturing processes. Revalidation or requalification studies should also be considered when a predetermined amount of time has passed. Guidance should be provided for describing corporate commitments to revalidation and requalification studies.
