code, function points, and counting (see Ebert and Dumke 2007). (—) Software agent component structure can be measured using “classical”
component-based software engineering (CBSE) metrics (see Kandt 2006). (—) Software agent complexity can be measured and evaluated using existing
appropriate complexity metrics (see Zuse 1998). (M) Software agent functionality can be measured as by Tewari, Maes,
Develin, Scott, and Caballero.
