ABSTRACT
These factors are creating a new vision of HR as a business partner that is required to contribute to results-financial or otherwise. As described in Chapter 3, previous HR roles that have existed primarily under the heading of “Personnel” have not been known to have much direct impact on financial results or other key objectives.
