ABSTRACT
Narrowly speaking, infrastructure refers to the basic systems and facilities serving a city, county, or nation. Generally speaking, infrastructure is that part of Everyforest and Everycity that simultaneously allows the components to interact and facilitates their interaction in a functional, systemic manner. Infrastructure, in both the restrictive and the broad sense, functions as a means of transferring energy from one part of a system to another. In essence, infrastructure is a system of energy interchange composed of subsystems of energy interchange, all of which come from the Earth’s natural wealth-not the monetary wealth invented by humans.
