Paul F. deLespinasse, a professor emeritus of political science at Adrian College in Michigan, views the global movement of jobs, much like an ecologist might view the movement of soil. Erosion of soil is normally thought to be necessarily bad, just like the outsourcing of jobs, but whether it is depends entirely on your point of view.
